I love the Carey Nieuwhof Leadership Podcast.
Carey is a pastor and author from Canada and on his podcast he interviews top Christian leaders and asks them questions over the course of an hour that gives them time and space to open up and say things that you wouldn’t normally get a chance to hear.
There are more than 200 episodes, and Carey releases a new one every week. This guy is prolific. I listen to these podcasts at the gym, while driving, doing yard work, etc.
I use an app on my iPhone called Overcast to subscribe and listen, but you can also listen from your computer here: https://careynieuwhof.com/mypodcast/
