JOB DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION:
This position requires a strategic, collaborative leadership style that helps release the Lead Pastor to greater attention on vision, preaching, and tending to the Kingdom-Based ministry needs within the congregation and community. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a deep commitment to the church's mission, and the ability to work collaboratively with the pastoral team and congregation to execute vision and projects.
